The Biden administration set another record last month in the number of illegal migrants encountered on our southern border. Bill Melugin of Fox News is reporting that the month of May saw 239,416 such encounters, up from 234,088 in April. Although Title 42 remained in effect throughout the month, the DHS used it to deport only 100,699, or 42 percent. The remainder were admitted, most likely forever.
