Illegal alien advocates constantly seek to give illegal aliens “rights” which are equal or greater than those enjoyed by citizens. The consequence is to make our citizenship meaningless–which in turn makes our country meaningless.
Currently these advocates are pushing a lawsuit, M.S.E et al v. United States, on behalf of some illegal alien parents who claim their “constitutional rights” were violated when they were separated from their children after being arrested for illegally entering the U.S. American lawbreakers, however, don’t enjoy such rights. They routinely are separated from their family members when they are prosecuted. This separation typically lasts for years if they are sentenced to prison.
