More Enforcement Ahead

Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kristi Noem said that the Trump Administration will keep stepping up its efforts to deport illegal aliens, with the initial focus on the most dangerous criminals. In the first month of the administration, she noted, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) deported 700 known gang members, including 281 members of the notorious Tren de Aragua gang.

And this is just the beginning. She stated that “We will see the number of deportations continue to rise.” Noem also highlighted the 95 percent drop in illegal border crossings since Trump took office, and added that this progress will continue “until that border is completely secure. . . . This is President Donald Trump’s country, where we have a border, where we have laws, and they apply equally to everybody.”
