A British commentator who goes by the name “Richard the Fourth” has an interesting Youtube video entitled: How Our Media Manufactures Consent for Mass Immigration. In this video he analyzes two recent British TV productions. He observes that “Both are essentially emotive pieces which are designed to make British people feel guilty about being anti-immigration.”

The programs portray saintly migrants confronted by hateful native Brits who demean them. The message is clear: Mass immigration is an unmitigated blessing, and all who oppose it are mean-spirited and immoral. This of course is simplistic propaganda which ignores the full realities of mass immigration.

Richard the Fourth observes the producers of the programs could have produced plots involving native Brits who suffer the loss of everything they love and cherish about their country. Certainly their concerns could have a claim on morality. As Richard notes, “[It’s] wrong to make Europeans a minority on their own continent, and that is what’s happening.”

Nevertheless, such programming is not likely to happen soon. As Richard notes, the British media are firmly in the grip of elites who want to abolish traditional Britain in pursuit of global rule. The corporate media in the United States and most other Western countries have a similar agenda.
