The White House says President Obama will act to legalize millions of illegal aliens before the end of the year. After the bald-faced political move by Obama on Saturday, announcing he would wait until after the November elections, White House press secretary Josh Earnest on Monday went to great lengths to emphasize that this delay would be the last.
