Republican presidential contender Donald Trump stated that the U.S. should build a wall to stop illegal immigration from Mexico, and that the illegal aliens coming from Mexico are not from the best strata of Mexican society. Also he stated that some of them are dangerous criminals. In response, Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus said Trump’s comments were “not helpful.” Priebus represents the elites of the Republican Party who condone illegal immigration in order to obtain cheap labor.
