TPS Aliens Can Be Deported

A panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals upheld the right of the Trump Administration to deport 300,000 illegal aliens El Salvador, Nicaragua, and Sudan who had “Temporary Protected Status.” They received this protection from deportation when natural disasters and violence in their countries exposed them to hardship and danger if they returned home.

Their stay was supposed to be temporary until conditions in their countries improved, but they remained long after those conditions got better.
