Illegal alien advocates claim that deported illegal alien Kilmar Abrego Garcia should be returned to the United States from El Salvador because he did not receive “due process” for his deportation. Garcia has been credibly linked to the murderous MS-13 gang. Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) rebutted this claim on Meet the Press, by noting that Garcia has “been in front of 17 judges, some of them twice.”
The alien advocates, notes President Trump’s senior advisor Stephen Miller, are trying to undermine and sabotage immigration law enforcement by pushing “an extraordinary amount of individualized adjudication” which “no American citizen” receives. He added that “This isn’t due process — this is called ‘infinity process’ to keep you here forever!”
With respect to Garcia’s case, President Trump asked, “How can Biden let millions of criminals into our country, totally unchecked and unvetted, with no legal authority to do so, yet I, in order to make up for this assault to our nation, am expected to go through a lengthy legal process, separately, for each and every criminal alien?”
