Twenty states have filed a lawsuit against the Biden Administration’s decision to grant “parole” to as many as 30,000 illegal aliens a month from Haiti, Nicaragua, Cuba and Venezuela. This lets them enter as legal residents of the U.S., thus giving the impression that illegal immigration is not as bad as it really is. The lawsuit charges that the administration’s policy is a gross abuse of its authority to grant parole.
