A video has surfaced showing smugglers simply dropping migrant children over the border wall for American officials to gather up and finish the last leg of their journey into America. In the video, taken by Border Patrol agent, two Ecuadorian sisters, ages five and three, are dropped from near the top of the 14-foot wall onto the ground on the American side. Neither was injured.
CBP officials took the girls to a hospital for checkups, then transferred them to a Health and Human Services shelter. A bag dropped along with them contained a cellphone and passports, by which officials determined that the children’s mother lives in New York.
Events such as this, almost surreal as they are, are the result of irresponsible promises by the Biden government not to return Unaccompanied Alien Children (UACs) who illegally cross our border. Such promises have turned our Border Patrol agents into baby sitters and accomplices in the human smuggling network now thriving to our south.
