Republican Lawmaker Exposes CHNV Fraud

Rep. Tom McClintock (R-CA) told a subcommittee on Wednesday that the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) was responsible for the decline in real wages for working families during the Biden administration.

McClintock said the so-called “CHNV” (Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, Venezuela) program administered by USCIS had been used to create a “fraud-ridden mass admission” for citizens of those four countries. The program, according to McClintock, enables fraudulent “asylum seekers” to first secure “parole” for one of their number in the US, who then sponsors additional migrants in chain migration fashion. He said:

Literally, one parolee can immediately arrive in this country, receive indefinite status, and sign up as a sponsor for the next. This is illegal chain migration on steroids all made possible by an agency willing to contort and ignore the law. The goal of this agency and its director is obvious and its undeniable: To funnel as many aliens directly into the country by flying them directly to every major city in America.

Now we learn that the agency intends to increase temporary work permits from 180 days to 540 days. If anyone wonders why real wages for working families have declined under this administration, look no further than the agency before us today.

McClintock said the US has suffered an illegal mass migration on a scale “never seen in recorded history.” Millions of foreigners have “overwhelm[ed] our social services, our public schools, our public hospitals, and inflict[ed] all manners of crime upon our people.”

With that as part of his “legacy,” the pardon of wayward son Hunter is small potatoes for Joe Biden.
