Texas Gov. Rick Perry has reaffirmed his support for in-state tuition for illegal aliens in his state. Thus he favors giving them the cheaper in-state rate at Texas colleges and universities, while American citizens from other states have to pay the higher out-of-state rate. Perry recently has tried to give the impression that he’s a hardliner against illegal immigration.
