On Monday, President Obama met with members of the Technology CEO Council to discuss comprehensive amnesty legislation sought by high-tech executives in order to secure massive increases in guest-worker visas. Obama met with CEOs from companies including Dell, Xerox and IBM who claim there is a shortage of American high-tech workers — even though numerous studies show there is really a surplus.
