New York City has released Jhonny Alejandro Soto-Ubaldo, an illegal alien from the Dominican Republic, ten times rather than turn him over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for deportation. This is the result of the city’s “sanctuary” policy which protects illegal aliens. Among other crimes, he faces charges for assault, harassment, criminal mischief, and grand larceny.
