Back in April 2021, early in the Biden administration, we referred here to rumors of illegal aliens were being welcomed across the border and then placed on commercial airlines without any identifying documents — a privilege not readily granted to us lowly citizens.
Now, an independent reporter has uncovered proof of that policy. In a posting to X, Breanna Morello revealed the name of the program (“CBP One Pilot”) and its managers (Director of Aviation Coordination Julian E Williams and Director of Capability Management and Innovation Requirements and Capability Analysis Melissa Conley).
The whole idea of the program, in direct defiance of the Patriot Act’s requirement of up-to-date personal identification of every airline passenger, was to expedite the dispersal throughout the country of the massive numbers of illegals Biden had begun admitting. In place of official IDs, the TSA would provide the illegal with any of a number of DHS-provided documents, such as “Notice to Appear” court appointments, Alien Booking records, and even warrants for their own arrest(!). TSA agents were obliged to accept those documents although they provided no information whatsoever of the migrant’s background.
Morello explains that the TSA had up to now denied the use of such documents, but her investigation, performed through the filing of FOIA suits, has revealed proof of the policy for the first time.
