No Citizenship Act Proposed

Rep. Cory Mills (R-FL) recently introduced the “No Citizenship for Alien Invaders Act” which would amend the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965 to say that “No alien who enters the United States unlawfully shall be eligible for naturalization.” Co-sponsoring the bill are Reps. Josh Brecheen (R-Ok), Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) and Andy Harris (R-MD), who chairs the House Freedom Caucus.

Mills affirmed that “We need to draw a line in the sand for the sake of the American people: there can be no citizenship for the nearly 20 million people who live here illegally.” Aside from amnesties granted by Congress, illegal aliens have pathways to becoming citizens such as by marrying a U.S. citizen.
