The far-left National Public Radio (NPR) commissioned a poll to elicit Americans’ views on immigration. The results were not pleasing to NPR.
Among other findings, the poll revealed that more than half of Americans believe that it is completely or somewhat true that the influx of illegal aliens across the Mexican border is an “invasion.” It also found that close to a half believe there is at least some truth in the view that migrants involved on drug trafficking significantly contribute to drug overdoes in our country.
NPR claims that Americans believe these things because of “misleading information” and “politically charged rhetoric.”
