The Mexican government today begins issuing birth certificates to its citizens at its 50 consulates in the U.S., seeking to make it easier for them to apply for driver’s licenses and Obama’s amnesty. In the past, Mexico had required its citizens to get birth certificates at government offices in Mexico.
Jessica Vaughan, director of policy studies at the Center for Immigration Studies, said she believes Mexico tries to help illegal aliens stay here because of the billions of dollars they send to Mexico.
