Sen. John McCain (R-AZ), an author of the Senate’s amnesty bill, admitted that his legislation could cause problems for American workers by giving some U.S. companies a financial incentive to hire foreigners. Said McCain: “I think it’s a problem. I don’t know what else to say.”
