U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan yesterday overturned Title 42, a policy put in place by the Trump Administration to stop border crossers from bringing COVID-19 into the U.S. It allowed the Border Patrol to expel illegal aliens quickly, which had the effect of preventing them from using bogus asylum claims to settle in the U.S.
