Abdul Razak Ali Artan was the Somali-born attacker who drove into a group of pedestrians at Ohio State University and then began stabbing people with a butcher knife. Artan was admitted to the U.S. as a refugee in 2014. The Islamic extremist organization ISIS claimed credit for the attack. President-elect Donald Trump stated that Artan “should not have been in our country.”
