A seventeen-year-old illegal alien recently appeared in Immigration Court in Arlington, VA, where his attorney conceded to the judge that his client was an undocumented alien, stated that he planned to make a claim for asylum, but declined to even tell the judge what country his client was from. One minute later, the judge agreed to let the alien stay until a hearing to determine if he is really eligible to receive asylum.

“Have a good school year,” the judge told the illegal alien as he got up to leave. “I’ll see you in a few years, okay?”
