Illegals Get UN Debit Cards

The United Nations International Organization for Migration (UN IOM) is financing illegal aliens waiting near the U.S. border for their chance at crossing into America.

Todd Bensman of CIS.org tweeted over the weekend of seeing UN IOM officials handing out debit cards to migrants in Reynosa, Mexico, across the border from McAllen, Texas. According to Bensman, a migrant family of four is being paid about $800 per month to finance their illegal migration to the U.S. Larger families receive more.

Ultimately much of the cost of the program is borne by the American taxpayer, who contributes billions each year to the UN and pays for the lion’s share of the organization’s annual operating budget.

Bensman has also posted a report on CIS.org of his visit to the Reynosa camp. In it he reveals that the average migrant there is also given a free-of-charge cellphone, he is housed and fed, his children are educated, and he is provided free medical care–all while he awaits the opportunity to be one of the 150 to 500 illegals per month who are officially allowed into the U.S. Such a deal.
