Detainees at the Dartmouth, Massachusetts, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Center were asked to go to the medical wing of the facility to be tested for the COVID-19 virus. Rather than comply, they “violently rushed” officers and initiated a riot which caused $25,000 worth of damages.
