Ten U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents are asking a federal judge to block the Obama Administration’s edict granting amnesty (legal status) to illegal aliens in the Dream Act category. The agents argue that the amnesty is in violation of the law and that having to participate in the program requires them to become lawbreakers.
