Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) warned the Obama administration Wednesday that continuing to spend money preparing to implement its executive amnesty plan would violate the injunction issued by federal Judge Andrew S. Hanen on Monday. He also said the court ruling undercuts the basis of the Senate Democrats’ filibuster of the DHS spending bill that prohibits spending on the president’s executive actions.
