It seems each day we learn of yet another unwanted import from China: the deadly opioid fentanyl; spies disguised as students; the Wuhan virus; wealthy colonizers; discount guest workers; cheap, often shoddy, manufactured goods; you name it. Today we hear of another Chinese import we can do without. So far this year, CBP agents are reporting that they have confiscated 20,000 fake U.S. driver’s licenses, the vast majority from China, coming into Chicago’s O’Hare airport alone. The fake IDs, described as “very realistic,” were contained in 1,513 overseas shipments.
And Chicago is not alone. Agents in Dallas have confiscated 2,000 such fakes this year, and last fall Kentucky authorities seized 3,000 en route to New York, while more than 500 turned up in Tennessee.
The fakes are said to be primarily for persons in their twenties. The New York-bound fakes confiscated in Kentucky were for several states, including Florida, Michigan, Illinois, Missouri, New Jersey and Ohio.
According to the New York Post, imported fake IDs are often ordered through the “Dark Web” area of the Internet.
Thomas Mahn, the Louisville Port director, said last year: “Some of the major concerns as it relates to fraudulent identity documents is identity theft, worksite enforcement, critical infrastructure protection, fraud linked to immigration-related crimes such as human smuggling and human trafficking, and these documents can be used by those individuals associated with terrorism to minimize scrutiny from travel screening measures.”
Mahn’s opposite number in Dallas, Port Director Timothy Lemaux, adds, “What is most disconcerting about these interceptions, besides the volume in which we are experiencing, is the ease in which so many young people freely share their personal information with counterfeiters abroad.”
The rogue state of China at once is a Communist regime whose policies are designed to achieve world dominance and a vast criminal enterprise, seemingly involving most of their 1.5 billions, intent on sowing criminal havoc among Western nations, primarily the United States. Together the two aspects of this two-headed Chinese dragon are having their way with the West. They must be stopped.
