In September, the Department of Homeland Security, along with various federal agencies, arrested thousands of illegal aliens in Chicago in a sweep called “Operation Midway Blitz.” Many of those arrested have already been deported. However, 615 of them, considered not to be security risks, have been ordered released on bond by a federal judge.
In response to a lawsuit filed by the National Immigrant Justice Center and the American Civil Liberties Union, District Judge Jeffrey Cummings yesterday ordered the illegals’ release, contingent on the posting of a $1,500 bond and subject to some form of monitoring, including electronic ankle bracelets. Those released will be allowed to remain in the U.S. pending the outcome of immigration proceedings.

Now an ACTIVIST JUDGE is putting the lives of Americans directly at risk by ordering 615 illegal aliens be released into the community.
