The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) predicts that unemployment in the U.S. will not fall to the level where it was before the Covid-19 pandemic until 2024. It noted that unemployment since Covid struck has been concentrated among low-income workers. Despite these conditions the Biden Administration wants a wide-open door for foreign workers who seek American jobs.
