The libertarian Cato Institute constantly churns our propaganda to support illegal immigration. Its most recent whopper is that 42,000 doctors in the U.S. are illegal aliens. The Center for Immigration Studies has published a refutation of that claim. Among other points, CIS notes that if this figure is true it means that illegal aliens are more likely to be doctors in the U.S. than native-born Americans.
