A report from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) conceded that only 54 percent of the people illegally entering the U.S. from Mexico last year were caught. DHS has officially claimed that the capture rate was 81 percent. Rep. Martha McSally (R-AZ) strongly criticized DHS for discrepancy.
