Attorney and author Andrew McCarthy argues that only impeachment of officials who disregard the law and Constitution can stop the lawless Obama administration’s actions. He contends that the planned lawsuit by House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) against Obama is “feckless.”
McCarthy argues that the lawsuit will fail because the judiciary has no power to make Obama obey and enforce the laws.
