Ron Zermeno, a union representative of the California Border Patrol, says he is under a gag order not to reveal what is happening on the Mexican Border. Despite the order, he told a San Diego TV station that dealing with the recent surge of illegal alien minors has kept the Border Patrol from securing the border.
