Biden Repeats: Slash Deportations

Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden has reaffirmed his campaign promise to stop deportation of illegal aliens during the first 100 days of his administration. Thereafter only aliens convicted of felonies will be sent home.

In an interview with Noticias Telemundo he stated, “There are going to be no deportations in the first 100 days of my [administration] . . . . [I will] freeze deportations for the first 100 days and the only people who will be deported are people who committed a felony while here.”

The candidate also has pledged to seek amnesty and a pathway to citizenship for all illegal aliens living in the U.S. Most estimates put their total at around 11 million, but some range as high as 22 million.
