The Senate Judiciary Committee has released a report showing that the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) under Biden placed 11,488 alien children into the care of sponsors who had not been investigated. This negligence was in direct violation of U.S. Code 1232(c)(3)(A), which requires non-related sponsors to submit to an FBI criminal history check. In addition, HHS failed to conduct home studies for 79,143 migrant children.
From October 2020 to September 2024, HHS had almost half a million children in its care. Ultimately, due to the HHS failures, many of those children ended slaving away in jobs at slaughterhouses, meat-packing plants, and fast food restaurants.
Open borders are not free. They are conduits for slave-traffickers.
