Arizona has filed a lawsuit against the Biden Administration’s border policies based on National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA). Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich charged that those policies “are violating NEPA because [they allow] more and more people to come into this country. That’s having a devastating impact on our environment and also impacting the increase in population, which will have all sorts of impacts down the road.” Brnovich added that, “This is a lawsuit that the Sierra Club should love.”
