Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) apologized to two illegal aliens who appeared at a House hearing. She stated, “I’d like to apologize to you on behalf of the United States of America for the dehumanizing policies that they [sic] are pursuing, that are frankly targeting you and targeting many people in the United States.” She did not explain where she derived the authority to speak for the entire nation.
