Anti-Obamnesty Lawsuit Lands In Friendly Court

The Texas-led state lawsuit challenging Obama’s executive amnesty plan may be off to a good start, according to a story in Sunday’s Washington Times. The lawsuit, filed in a Texas federal district court, has been assigned to a conservative judge appointed by President George W. Bush. The article also contains legal arguments defending the Obama policy presented by an immigration attorney. The first rulings in the case are not expected before March 31st.
