Despite the shutdown of federal government facilities, amnesty supporters will still be allowed to stage a rally on the National Mall. The Washington Examiner reports that about 30 members of Congress are expected to attend the rally, including House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and Sen. Robert Menendez (R-NJ).
