Agents Arrest 52 Illegal Migrants in Texas Stash Houses

Over a span of seven hours last week, Border Patrol agents and sheriff’s deputies in Texas found and arrested a total of 52 illegal aliens being kept in various smuggling stash houses.

On Wednesday, April 28, agents arrested 10 illegals at a house in Garciasville, Texas. A few hours later, about 23 miles away in Roma, agents and Starr County deputies found a total of 42 migrants in three houses. The migrants were determined to be foreign nationals from Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, and Nicaragua.

“With help from our law enforcement [partners], we will continue putting pressure on these dangerous smuggling organizations,” Rio Grande Valley Sector Chief Patrol Agent Brian Hastings tweeted.
