A spy agency in Germany called the Office for the Protection of the Constitution (BfV) has labeled the Alternative for Germany (AfD) political party a “right-wing extremist” organization. This will allow the government to spy on the party, which would create a chilling effect on its activities. Many commentators believe that this is the first step forward an outright ban of the party.
And just what is the alleged extremism of the AfD? Alone among German political parties, it is calling for an end to the mass immigration, promoted by German elites, which is erasing the culture and identity of Germany. That agenda is truly extremist, but in Orwellian fashion the elites hang the extremism tag on their opponents.
And their brazen gall doesn’t end there. They also maintain that AfD should be restrained or banned because it is a threat to democracy. A recent poll found that AfD is the most popular party in Germany. To most people, democracy means the right of ordinary citizens to have a say-so in their government.
This assault on political freedom is not just happening in Germany. Globalist elites in almost all western countries aim to undermine popular movements to restrict immigration by calling them undemocratic. In France they cooked up charges to prevent Marine Le Pen, a popular immigration restrictionist, from running for office, and in Romania they threw out the election of populist candidate for president. In our county, they maintain that Donald Trump, our elected president, is an “enemy of democracy.”
The elites favor diverse populations because diversity males it harder for people to unite against their rulers. When elites and their media propagandists proclaim that “diversity is our strength,” the “our” they refer to is themselves. And when they speak of “our democracy,” what they really mean is their plutocracy.
