First Haiti and Venezuela, Now It’s Lebanon: TPS All Around

The Biden-Harris administration never passes up an opportunity to welcome more third-world migrants into the magical world of TPS — “Temporary” (read: Permanent) Protected Status. That’s a designation for illegal migrants whose homelands have been officially deemed unsafe for them to return to.

Earlier in the administration, Venezuelans were added to the TPS list because pickings had turned so slim for violent gangs like Tren de Aragua that they needed heftier purses to snatch. Haitians were given TPS basically because they’re from arguably the most dysfunctional country in the entire world. Now, we’ve got 1,152,604 Haitians, up from less than 731,000 just a couple of years ago. Those new “Americans” are currently feasting on dogs and cats and park geese in places like Springfield, Ohio. (Sorry, but it’s true, no matter what the Chamber of Commerce says.)

Next up, inevitably, has come Lebanon, which is currently at war with Israel. Our generous government has now granted TPS to Lebanese nationals. Of course, we are expected to believe that each and every Lebanese taking advantage of the TPS program will simply be a freedom-loving refugee who has come to America to memorize the Bill of Rights. Surely none of the estimated 11,000 Lebanese already present are members of Hezbollah who have taken the opportunity to bring their war here while at the same time avoiding Israeli missles. Of course not. Don’t be ridiculous.
