Poles Oppose Migrant Quotas

Recently we reported that Poland will hold a referendum in October on whether that country should follow mandates from the the European Union (EU) to admit large quotas of migrants from the Middle East and Africa. A recent poll indicates that the referendum will go heavily against the EU mandates.

Conducted by Poland’s Center for European Policy Research, the poll found that 81.4 percent of Poles oppose what the EU is trying to do, with only 18.6 supporting it.

Poland is one of the few European countries where rulers actually seem to care what their citizens think about immigration.
