Arizona Governor Doug Ducey traveled to Yuma Tuesday in response to a large increase in the number of migrants crossing the border there. On Sunday, an estimated 5,000 migrants attempted to come through the area, followed by an additional 1,500 on Monday. In addition, other groups of varying sizes are being spotted up and down the border.
Ducey attibuted the crisis to the “Biden administration’s poor communication, lack of organization and complete disregard for border protection.”
“Mr. President, do something, do anything,” Ducey said.
The Governor said that the surge along his state’s border with Mexico evidently is being made worse by successful efforts by the neighboring State of Texas to curb illegal traffic there. He said, like Governor Abbott of Texas, he would be mobilizing elements of the National Guard to help with border protection.
The Border Patrol in late November reported that during the period November 25-29, Yuma Sector agents had apprehended more than 3,000 migrants, representing the following countries of origin: Argentina, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, Georgia, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, India, Lebanon, Mexico, Nepal, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Spain, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Venezuela.
A nicely global mix. The White House must be proud.

Arizona could see this coming, instead farted around until it had to scramble at the last minute. How many get-a-ways this time?
Biden is doing something alright, that’s the problem.
