Politico reports that the Biden Administration may be try to pass its immigration agenda in increments rather than try to pass everything it wants in one bill. The purpose of this strategy, it appears, is not to cause too much alarm too soon against its radical objectives such as mass amnesty and citizenship for all illegal aliens in the U.S.
