A federal judge ruled that the government must allow new applications for the DACA program which protects a category of illegal aliens. The Trump Administration suspended news applications three years ago. Last month the Supreme Court ruled against the administration’s effort to end DACA on procedural grounds. That decision did not rule on the legality of DACA, which was unconstitutionally proclaimed by former President Barack Obama.
