Univision Twists Truth about Trump

More Misinformation from Mass Media:

Something is happening in this country that we haven’t seen in many years—an anti-immigrant sentiment that is turning violent. For many, this is a result of the negative rhetoric from the presidential campaign. What is certain is that examples of hate against immigrants are increasing from coast to coast. And this attitude has a name, xenophobia. Maria Elena Salinas, Univison, May 20 edition.

Fact Check: Univision is a Spanish-language TV network which regularly promotes viewpoint sympathetic to illegal immigration. This broadcast was no exception. Part of the report covered a Hispanic man who claimed that Trump supporters attacked him. The broadcast repeats the common propaganda line of the “mainstream” media that Donald Trump’s “rhetoric” about immigration is inciting violence.

The truth is the exact opposite. Trump has stated that illegal aliens sometimes commit crimes of violence, and that we should build a wall to help enforce our immigration laws. By any rational standard, such statements hardly qualify as hatred or an incitement to violence. In a few cases, Trump supporters have lashed out against opponents. But these are rare exceptions to the general rule, namely the hostility and aggression directed against Trump supporters.

Recently an angry mob of people, some of whom were waving Mexican flags, tried to confront Trump supporters at a rally in San Diego. They clashed violently with police who restrained them. Similar events took place in Anaheim, California and Albuquerque, New Mexico. Clearly these mobs were the aggressors, and clearly they would have provoked serious confrontations if the police had not stopped them.

The Mexican flags and other indicators suggest that hostility to America and American immigration laws was a source of their outrage. Illegal aliens and their “American” supporters have displayed this rage for years. Their obsessive accusations of “hate” and “racism” toward opponents work to divert attention away from their own abundant malice and racial agendas. The mass media commonly aid and abet their inversion of reality. Fortunately, with the Internet and YouTube, it is becoming more difficult for them to get away with slanted reporting when people just about anywhere in the U.S. can click a few keys and see what really took place for themselves.

For example, just watch this YouTube video of what happened in San Diego. It leaves little doubt, once again, as to where the aggression is coming from and the anti-American sentiments that fuel it.
