Professor Advocates ‘Hospice’ Death for U.S. Workers

Justin Gest, a professor of Policy and Government at George Mason University, is an advocate of mass immigration. He maintains that our economy needs large numbers of foreign workers.  With respect to the problems facing U.S. workers, Gest recently stated, “The only way of addressing their plight is a form of political hospice care. These are communities that are on the paths to death. And the question is: How can we make that as comfortable as possible?” Washington Post columnist Jonathan Capehart endorsed Gest’s statement, describing it “as a way forward.” Professors and journalists rarely face job competition from immigrants.
