The illegal alien charged with killing an “America’s Next Top Model” contestant was only in the U.S. because he received amnesty under President Obama’s 2012 “DREAMer” amnesty edict, two senators revealed Friday. Emmanuel Jesus Rangel-Hernandez had pending drug charges that were dismissed when the Obama administration approved him for amnesty in 2013, said Sens. Chuck Grassley and Thom Tillis. The suspect has been charged in four murders.
