North Carolina will not issue driver’s licenses to illegal aliens who have received legal status under the Obama Administration’s amnesty edict. Last summer the state’s Division of Motor Vehicles seemed to indicate that the state would grant them licenses. A spokeswoman for the DMV said that the agency had been waiting for an opinion from North Carolina’s attorney general before deciding to deny the licenses.
